The Beverly Hills mansion that was once home to actors, and former spouses, Jennifer Aniston and Brad Pitt is in escrow for $22.5 million, according to entertainment-news. The 10,000-square-foot mansion includes a living room lined with black hardwood floors, a professional screening room and a stainless-steel kitchen. The grounds, protected by both a wall and a gate, feature a tennis court, pool and spa.
The couple purchased the estate, designed by famed architect Wallace Neff, for some $13.5 million in 2001. After they split, the property was listed at $28 million, though it was later reduced to $25 million.
