Remodeling My Kitchen
I don’t know if you have ever gotten this way or not, but I find that if I am staying in one place for too long I either have to move or make drastic changes to that place. At the moment I have been living in my home for almost a year and already I’m thinking about remodeling and changing the look of some of the rooms.
I know that most people don’t think that a year is a long time, but if you saw what my kitchen looked like you would ask me why I waited so long to change it. At this moment, the kitchen would have to be my least favorite place in the house. Why? Well first of all the color on the walls is a lovely shade of…well i can’t describe it, but it’s not pretty.
So the first thing I have to change is the color. But after that the next thing to go are the lights. I need to find new lights to place in there. Either the light is too dim or it’s too bright. I need to find something new to make that happy medium.
While I haven’t been able to nail down a color, I have discovered which lights I would love to have in the kitchen. It’s the Island Incadescent. The great thing about this light is that there are two of them attached to one that hang from the ceiling. This way I wouldn’t waste so much energy trying to see, but it would give me just enough light.
To have this kitchen lighting in there would also make the room look more like a kitchen and I wouldn’t mind spending so much time in there. Now all I have to do is pick out the right color to compliment the lights. This isn’t going to be easy. this post has been sponsored.
