Losing The ‘Baby’ Weight
I have to say that I am loving being pregnant. I love the new experience to life that it has shown me and the appreciation it has given me. However, I will be very happy when I can have my normal body back.
Unfortunately one of the hardest things to do after giving birth is to lose the weight that was gained during the pregnancy. And because my anniversary is just a month or two later I am wanting to find a quick way to get back into shape.
That is why I am always trying to find new ways to help me. I don’t just want to lose the weight, but I also want to get into shape and maybe get that six pack I’ve always wanted. However, it’s hard to weed out the diets that could work to the ones that just don’t make sense.
I still have 4 months left to figure out what method I will use and until then I will keep on looking for that perfect diet, or at least something close to it.
