Anything thats on your mind

Many people have questioned the reason to why J.R.R. Tolkien’s famous book ‘The Hobbit’ has not yet been made into a motion picture. After the publicity that was given to ‘The Lord of the Rings Trilogy’ it was naturally assumed that ‘The Hobbit’ would be made not long afterwards.

I have heard that New Line Cinema, the studio that helped bring about the Trilogy, is talking about making the movie. Unfortunately New Line has stated that they will not be letting Peter Jackson direct the movie. (more…)
